Take the stress out of planning your function, come to Club Maitland City and we’ll take care of it all for you! Our state of the art function rooms can cater to functions of all sizes.
We have 5 function spaces to choose from;

Ruby Room

This room is the largest of our function rooms and can cater for up to 280 people for a sit down function and 500 people theatre style.
The Ruby Room has its own bar facilities as well as mood lighting to match your function theme.

Diamond Room

This room is located on the mezzanine level and can cater for up to 150 guests. If you’re after the ‘wow factor’ this room has is all. From a floor to ceiling window that overlooks the city scape, to mood lighting and high ceiling, this room is sure to impress.

Emerald Room

The Emerald Room can be used as one large function room, catering for 120 people, or 2 separate rooms, catering for 60 people in each room. This room is located on the ground floor and is perfect for those smaller functions.

Opal Room

This is our smallest function room and can fit up to 30 guests. It is suitable for small intimate dinners.

BBQ Area

Looking to have a game of Barefoot Bowls? Our BBQ area is a great space to hire out whilst playing bowls. This area can accommodate 50-80 guests for a BBQ.

Our team of chefs provide high quality food at affordable prices. We have finger food, buffet and sit down menus available. We are extremely flexible and are happy to sit down with you and discuss your functions needs and budget!
